THE HAMPSHIRE FUND

Alumni, parents and friends who contribute to the Hampshire Fund build the foundation of support to Hampshire College. Your contribution to the Hampshire Fund provides financial resources that support the College’s most immediate needs and initiatives within the operating budget such as scholarship funds, academic programming, faculty salaries, student services, and campus enhancements.

In 2006-07, 2,075 alumni, parents and friends supported Hampshire College through the Hampshire Fund by giving $1.17 million. Hampshire would need $23 million more in endowment to replace what alumni and parents gave to the College in 2006-07. We cannot say thank you enough. Your continued gifts will enable Hampshire to grow and thrive in the coming decades.
